A new home buyer receives up to two (2) Gate Opener/Transponders with the purchase of a new home.

If a resident needs additional Gate Opener/Transponders:

Send a check in the amount of $50 payable to the Heritage Hills Metropolitan District to the MSI office (see below) along with a filled out "Homeowner Vehicle Information for Gate Transponders" form (see below) for each transponder requested for a third (or more) transponder. Please be sure to indicate name, address, the vehicle make, model and license plate number.
