Additional containers are available for purchase on a first come, first serve basis at a HOA-subsidized cost of $50 each while supplies last. Each additional container will be the financial responsibility of the homeowner.
Your written request and check payable to the Heritage Hills Homeowners Association should be sent to Jim Whatton, Heritage Hills Community Manager, MSI Management Specialists.

(Please note each homeowner will be entitled to one additional container as long as supplies last.) Homeowners who request more than 1 additional container will be considered after all requests for the initial additional container have been filled.
Each additional trash container costs $50. Please submit your payment by check with this request form. The check must be payable to the Heritage Hills HOA and mailed to:

Per Section 3.11 of the Covenants, trash receptacles should be set out no earlier than the night before collection and the empty cans removed by midnight of trash collection day. Cans and cut grass are to be stored either in the garage or screened from view if kept outside. If you will be out of town, please ask a neighbor for help so you can comply with these times.
Pro Disposal, Inc. Trash Pick Up:
Monday trash Pick Up: for the Pointe, Ridge and Summit.
Tuesday trash Pick Up: for the Hillside.
The only exceptions are when the following holidays fall on your normal trash day:
New Years Day
Memorial Day
4th of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas
If a holiday falls on your normal trash day, it will be picked up the next day.
