On Tuesday, April 8th and Wednesday, April 9th, our HOA Management Company will perform its annual inspection of our community. This inspection will be done during a walk-through of the community. The HOA Board has specifically asked for this inspection and will also participate at various times. This will replace one of our monthly drive-through inspections.
The inspection will be based on our Community Standards and Covenants. Listed below are examples of some of the violations that may be identified:
House needs painting or paint touch-up
Roof needs repairing.
Window needs to be replaced.
Fence needs staining/painting or repairing (both sides of the fence must be maintained; includes all fences, for example, privacy fence, dog run fence.)
Awnings need replacing.
Dead or distressed tree/shrub/grass on property needs to be removed/replaced.
Lawn needs mowing or trimming.
Weeds in lawn, landscaping, sidewalk, garden, or driveway need to be removed.
Mulch needs replacement or to be refreshed.
Trees and bushes blocking doors, windows or sidewalks -need to be removed.
Note: enforcement of trash containers that are left at the curb for an extended period is currently suspended during the transition to the new Waste Connections Trash and Recycling containers.
